In 2025, PBP advised on an agreement between Daimler Truck and Toyota Motor Corporation to integrate Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino commercial vehicle operations.

PBP president Sandra Reed, who also serves as Interlaw's Latin America chair for mergers and acquisitions, said, "This year has been exceptional for our M&A practice. We had the privilege of guiding clients through some of the most significant and complex transactions in the market, each one reflecting the trust they place in our team. I’m incredibly proud of the talent, collaboration, and dedication that drove these successes, and we look forward to building on this momentum as we help clients navigate new opportunities in the year ahead."
