Interlaw’s Partner Firm in Finland Advises AMC Networks Ventures LLC in Voluntary Public Cash Tender Offer by Netflix
Waselius & Wist, Interlaw’s firm in Finland, has advised AMC Networks Ventures LLC as a major shareholder in the voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all outstanding shares and stock options in Next Games Corporation.
Next Games is the first publicly listed mobile game developer and publisher in Finland, specializing in games based on entertainment franchises. This includes movies, TV series and books, such as the critically acclaimed ‘The Walking Dead’ games and ‘Stranger Things: Puzzle Tales’, which is based on Netflix’s hit 80s horror-drama series.
