Interlaw’s Partner Firm in Luxembourg Launches New Tax and Estate Planning Practice

Interlaw’s partner firm in Luxembourg, MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour, has announced the creation of a new Tax and Estate Planning practice group to diversify the services it offers to clients. 

The new practice group will be headed by new joiner Pierre-Jean Estagerie, with the support and expertise of Emmanuel Rouil. Lena Hartmann, a senior associate at the firm for the last three years, will complete the team.   

Pierre-Jean has close to 20 years’ experience advising high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs, as well as senior executives and HR directors, at a national and international level. He was a tax partner at one of the ‘Big 4’ firms for the last 8 years and previously worked at an international law firm, both based in Luxembourg. He holds two master’s degrees, in tax law and accounting respectively.   

Emmanuel has 10 years’ experience in Luxembourg advising companies, entrepreneurs, SMEs and high net worth individuals on their tax matters. He focuses on corporate and personal income tax from both a Luxembourg and an international standpoint. He holds a master’s degree in business tax law and a degree in accounting.
