Interlaw’s partner firm in Romania, ONVLAW, is expanding its Public Law team with a view to increasing the amount of advisory and litigation services it provides in the public procurement, construction and infrastructure arena.  

As part of the move, the team has welcomed new starter, Ada Pascu, an experienced specialist in commercial, administrative litigation and fiscal law. 

Ada has over a decade of experience in complex commercial and public law projects. Over the course of her career, she has successfully represented large multinational and local infrastructure and construction companies, as well as public bodies in this area. 

Commenting on the move, Ada says:

The Romanian construction and infrastructure market is set to grow significantly in the future in light of the multiple financing sources at the disposal of the Romanian authorities and we are expecting there to be significant activity in the public procurement market.”
