Interlaw’s Singapore Partner Firm Advises on Adventus Holdings Ltd Deal
Interlaw’s partner firm in Singapore, CNPLaw LLP, has advised Adventus Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST, on its placement of new shares in the capital of the company by way of an exempt offering, raising approximately S$3.2 million in gross proceeds.
Adventus Holdings is focused on the property and hospitality sectors, with current projects in progress in Vietnam. SAC Capital Private Limited acted as placement agent. The placement, as well as the listing and quotation of the placement shares, was completed in April 2022.
