Interlaw’s Spanish Partner Firm Advises in Shopping Center Deal
Interlaw’s partner firm in Spain, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P), has advised Carlima España, S.L.U., in its purchase from a SOCIMI of 121 of registered properties in the ‘La Rosaleda’ shopping center in Malaga, on a transaction worth more than €24m.
The properties subject to acquisition are under lease contracts and the seller's liability has been structured through a representations and warranties (R&W) insurance policy.
The GA_P team advising on the deal include real estate counsel Natalia Lastres, senior associate Marta González-Llera, and paralegal Javier Marroquín.
