Interlaw’s Swiss Firm Assists Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in the Sale of the Gallus Group
Interlaw’s partner firm in Switzerland, Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte, has assisted Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG with the sale of the Gallus Group to the Swiss packaging group, benpac holding ag.
The Gallus Group, which comprises the two Swiss companies, Gallus Holding AG, St. Gallen, and Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG, St. Gallen, develops, produces and sells conventional and digital narrow-web, reel-fed presses designed for the labelling and packaging industry.
The transaction will see benpac holding ag assume ownership of the Gallus Group with a total of five companies with sites in Germany and Switzerland and around 430 employees.
