Interlaw’s Swiss Partner Firm Secures Victory for Leading German Technology Group in Swiss Rules Arbitration
Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte, Interlaw’s partner firm in Switzerland, has successfully defended a leading German technology group in a commercial dispute regarding alleged breaches of warranties and information duties.
The case arose from the joint development and subsequent supply of a critical component for a cigarette-like product. The claimant’s claims were fully dismissed in the final award, and Thouvenin’s client was awarded compensation of legal costs. Thouvenin’s team was led by Patrick Rohn and Simon Hohler.
