Interlaw’s Thai Partner Firm Celebrates Winners of National Mediation Competition
Anuwat Ngamprasertkul, Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Interlaw’s partner firm in Thailand, Blumenthal, Richter & Sumet, presented awards to undergraduate law students at the Thailand Arbitration Center’s (THAC) National Mediation Competition 2022.
The competition, which involves students from several universities, focuses on the roles and responsibilities of mediators, lawyers and legal advisors in negotiating commercial disputes and other areas such as settlements for both parties to achieve a win-win solution.
THAC provides a forum to exchange ideas and experiences in practicing and researching arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, as well as broadening networks in the ADR community domestically and internationally.
