Arzinger, Interlaw’s partner firm in Ukraine, has announced that Markiyan Malskyy has been elected as its new Managing Partner.

Markiyan first joined Arzinger in 2008, returning as partner this year following a short period at a Polish firm, where he led its Ukrainian Desk and became an accredited foreign attorney-at-law in Poland.  

Specializing in investment projects and dispute resolution, including international commercial and investment arbitration, Markiyan has been consistently recognized by leading international legal rankings, including Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Best Lawyers, and The Legal 500. 

He replaces Timur Bondaryev, Arzinger’s founding partner, who will stay on as a senior partner at the firm.
