Heather Frydenlund, associate at Owen Bird Law Corporation, Interlaw’s partner firm in British Columbia, Canada, has been appointed as Interlaw’s North America Chair of its Banking, Finance and Insolvency practice.  

Heather, who has a litigation-based practice with a focus on bankruptcy, insolvency and administrative law, regularly appears at various levels of court. She is experienced in assisting clients on a variety of matters including various bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, enforcement of security (both secured and unsecured), mortgage foreclosures and judgment enforcement.  

Commenting on her appointment, she said:
