Andrey Delchev and Partners - Eurolex, Interlaw's partner firm in Bulgaria has received formal recognition of its capabilities in the transport and shipping field. The firm has been recognised as a tier one operation in the sector in the latest Legal 500 Europe, Middle East & Africa guide.

The firm's transport practice chiefly acts on behalf of the Bulgarian government, advising municipalities and ministries on port operations, railway and metro refurbishment and extension, and road infrastructure projects. 

The firm also achieved tier one rankings for real estate and construction, with a core focus said to lie in advising major construction firms on large-scale property developments and infrastructure projects. Having participated, on behalf of the government, on structuring tendering processes for motorway and railway construction, the team is well placed to advise consortia on the bidding process, as well as provide broader advice on contractual arrangements, subcontractor relations, and payment arrangements.
