Interlaw's Chicago Firm Adds Corporate and Securities Partner
Neal Gerber Eisenberg (NGE), Interlaw's representative firm in Chicago, USA, has added Chadwick A. Hoyt as a partner in its Corporate and Securities practice group.
Chadwick (pictured above) joins from Mayer Brown LLP, where he was a partner in the firm’s banking and finance practice.
"We're excited Chadwick has joined our team," said Bobby Gerber, Chair of NGE’s Corporate and Securities practice group and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. "His experience managing complex structured finance transactions strengthens our corporate bench and enhances our capability to meet the diverse needs of our clients."
Chadwick's practice focuses on national and international structured finance transactions with an emphasis on mortgage-related transactions, particularly with the purchase, sale and securitizations of performing and non-performing residential and commercial mortgage loans and other real estate assets. He also represents clients in connection with warehouse, repurchase and other financing facilities.
Chadwick advises companies with servicing and origination agreements and assists them with the purchase, sale and financing of mortgage servicing rights. He also guides clients with respect to the funding and securitization of servicing advances assets such as auto loans and leases, franchise loans and charged-off credit card receivables.
Chadwick has further experience in secured lending, leasing, leveraged leasing, and corporate transactions.
"Throughout his career, Chadwick has distinguished himself as a skilled counselor to his clients," said Scott Fisher, Managing Partner of NGE. “His track record of success and sophisticated client service aligns with our firm’s industrious and collaborative culture. I’m excited to welcome Chadwick to the firm and confident he’ll be a terrific asset to our clients.”
Chadwick received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.S. from the University of Iowa.
