Interlaw's Ecuadorian Firm Strengthens Family Office Practice With Appointment of New Partner
Pérez Bustamante & Ponce (PBP), Interlaw’s partner firm in Ecuador, has announced the appointment of Alejandro Páez Vallejo as partner, recognizing his outstanding leadership, depth of experience, and strong technical expertise. His appointment further strengthens the firm's family office practice.
Alejandro's practice focuses on tax law and tax planning, advising the firm’s family office clients as well as domestic and international companies on tax optimization, corporate structuring, and the application of double taxation treaties. His experience spans estate planning and probate, tax due diligence, regulatory compliance, tax refunds, administrative proceedings, and litigation before tax authorities and courts.
