Interlaw's Israeli Firm Advises Novolog on Investment in German Telemedicine Company
M. Firon & Co., Interlaw’s partner firm in Israel has advised healthcare services company, Novolog, which is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange at a value of NIS 1.5 billion, on an investment in German telemedicine company, Medflex.
This represents Novolog’s first investment in a non-Israeli company, in line with its strategy to expand internationally.
Medflex is one of Germany’s leading telemedicine companies, providing doctors with an efficient and secure platform to communicate with patients, in accordance with the guidelines of the German Association of Health Insurance Physicians (KBV).
