Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega (ARIFA), Interlaw's partner member firm in Panama, has appointed Jeannette Bravo as partner and co-head of its Corporate Counsel and 360 Legal Solutions Practice Group, further strengthening the firm's multidisciplinary offering for businesses establishing and expanding operations in Panama.

Jeannette brings more than 13 years of experience advising local and multinational companies on corporate growth, business transformation and complex regulatory matters. Her practice also includes advising clients on government contracting, public procurement, concessions and public-private partnerships, providing strategic support across both the private and public sectors. As co-head, Jeannette will help lead a team that delivers integrated legal solutions across corporate, regulatory, labor, immigration, tax, intellectual property and related practice areas, supporting clients throughout every stage of their business operations in Panama.

Commenting on her new role, Jeannette said, "I am delighted to join ARIFA and to co‑lead the 360 Solutions team. Our multidisciplinary approach enables us to deliver practical and strategic legal solutions that support clients from across the Interlaw network at every stage of their operations."

A recognized contributor to the World Bank's Women, Business and the Law initiative since 2021, Jeannette also holds multiple postgraduate qualifications and is an active member of several leading legal organizations in Panama and across Latin America. Her appointment reflects ARIFA's continued investment in delivering practical, business-focused legal advice to clients operating in one of Central America's most important commercial hubs.
