Interlaw's Singapore Firm Advises On Property Company Share Sale
Interlaw’s partner firm in Singapore, CNPLaw LLP has acted for minority shareholder, Sinergy Capital Asia Limited, in the sale of its shares in SC Property Management Company Limited to APM (China) Consultancy Limited.
SC Property Management Company Limited is in the business of managing properties located in China and providing project management services. The cross-border transaction involved issues including share capital requirements in Hong Kong and the change of management of related companies in China.
The CNP team acting on the deal comprised Partners, Pradeep Kumar Singh and Wong Pei-Ling, and Senior Associate, Jolyn Wah.
