Interlaw's Firm in Toronto Welcomes New Partner
Interlaw's partner firm in Toronto, Canada, Aird & Berlis, has appointed Max Muñoz as a new partner in its litigation and dispute resolution group.
Max has experience in civil and regulatory proceedings against directors and officers, class actions and broker / dealer disputes. He is a fierce advocate for a wide range of clients, advising them with respect to complex litigation in areas such as securities, construction and product liability.
Max has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as many regulatory bodies. He has completed extensive volunteer work as Duty Counsel for both the Ontario Securities Commission Litigation Assistance Program and the Holland Bloorview Pro Bono Project. Additionally, Max is a sessional instructor at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
