Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Interlaw's partner firm in New Delhi, India, has announced the addition of Zeeshan Khan as a partner in its banking & finance practice.

Zeeshan’s appointment further enhances the firm’s banking & finance, restructuring and insolvency capabilities. With over 15 years of experience, Zeeshan advises on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate and acquisition finance, project and structured finance, debt capital markets, and international banking transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers.

He also brings substantial expertise in stressed assets and special situations, including restructuring, enforcement of security, debt recovery, and insolvency and liquidation proceedings under India’s Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
