Interlaw’s partner firm in Italy, De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani, has appointed leading finance and banking lawyer, Paolo Barbanti Silva, as partner in its Milan office.

Paolo, who is also a member of the New York Bar, has significant experience in capital markets, banking regulatory, private equity, debt restructuring, real estate investment and M&A, and has worked for the Bank of Italy as well as two other leading Italian law firms, where he regularly advised listed companies.
