Peter Dernbach Joins Interlaw Board of Directors
Peter J. Dernbach, partner at Interlaw firm in Taiwan, Winkler Partners, has been appointed to the Interlaw board of directors.
Peter, who heads up the Winkler Partners’ intellectual property law practice and is highly experienced in competition law, is a seasoned operator in the field, advising international clients on the acquisition and protection of trademark rights and copyright in Taiwan and around the world. His practice includes assisting foreign and local clients in obtaining, enforcing and licensing their intellectual property rights.
He has previously served on the board of directors of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is currently a member of the organization’s Brands for a Better Society Committee. Peter has been recognized in the World Trademark Review as one of the leading trademark lawyers in Taiwan and also been recommended numerous times by Chambers Asia-Pacific and others for his IP work.
He is highly engaged across the Interlaw organization, regularly taking part in meetings and training and sharing insights with colleagues from around the world.
