Renowned Antitrust Partner Joins Interlaw Operations in Germany
Interlaw’s partner firm in Frankfurt, Germany, Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein (ASD), has welcomed Dr. Sebastian Jungermann to its antitrust practice in the City, as an equity partner.
Jungermann, who joins from Arnold & Porter and previously held roles at Linklaters and Kaye Scholer, both in Frankfurt and New York, advises national and international companies and private individuals in complex antitrust cases, merger control proceedings, transactions and litigation.
He recently advised, among others, the Safran Group on its engine joint venture with Boeing and AstraZeneca on COVID-19 vaccine supply contracts.
