Interlaw partner firms Trowers & Hamlins and Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein have advised Currie & Brown on the acquisition of ALBA Bau Projekt Management GmbH, the German project and construction management subsidiary of UBM Development.
Currie & Brown is a global leader in asset management and construction advisory services with 2,100 employees worldwide. With this acquisition, Currie & Brown expands its presence in continental Europe and will be able to offer its industry-leading sector expertise in the important areas of project and cost management.
In addition to comprehensive access to the German market, Currie & Brown will also gain extensive project management expertise, a solid customer base and an established company.
