Michael Pattinson has over 25 years' experience as a corporate lawyer at Trowers & Hamlins. He is international strategy partner for the firm, a member of Trowers & Hamlins management board and is a trusted adviser to a wide range of corporate clients, as well as family offices, institutional investors and high-net-worth clients. He is also Chair of Interlaw.
He advises on private company mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross border) with a particular focus on real estate M&A and cross-border real estate investment from the MENA and ASEAN regions. Michael also advises clients on the acquisition of commercial real estate including offices, hotels, serviced apartments and student accommodation.
